OOps, in my first comment I was using rank # rather than design #. To restate I like the simplicity and readability of design #12, #18, #8, #20. I like #15 if it was a little more readable.

My husband and I own and run a small (90 units total) apartment business. None of our buildings are inner city, high-rise buildings.

Our apartment buildings are located in a neighborhood with mature trees, grass, flowers and beautiful 1920-30s homes.

We are so fortunate to have many incredible designers! #11 is very interesting, but we can't read "Properties." For the most part the logo will be on signs outside of each building. The (probably wooden) signs will have detachable plaques with "one bedrm. available" "2 bedrm. available" etc. So the logo needs to be readable from the street.

Also, we don't want to be confused with builders, construction co. or real estate agents. #1 and #6 have kind of a "builder" feel.

We like #22 but it has more of a big city feel than a smaller, residential apartment feel. Maybe if the buildings in the "L" looked more like homes with roofs??

Love #18, could the font be a little softer (less industrial)?

I like the look of conservative gucci, burberry and fendi bags. Would anyone be able to incorporate some of their traditional colors, buckles, etc? Just an idea.
