Living In STyle Realty/LIST RealtyLogo Design Contest

I am a realtor in Louisville KY and I am looking for a logo for my website, business cards, etc. I came up with Living In Style Realty for my business name and I would like to highlight the fact that the first few letters spell LIST. I want a logo that highlights those letters to make them standout and the LIST part could be more prominent while the "living in style" is presented like a slogan or takes a secondary position. I want the logo to be clean and sophisticated and related to selling homes.

I'm open to Black, Blue, Gray, Red, or Purple on a white background. The letters need to be easily readable on a real estate sign as you're driving down the road.

My only idea is that LIST stand out as being a part of Living In STyle... Realty.
