I like this but not thrilled about the colors. What about Black and Red? or Dark Grey and Red? Thanks!!

I like this! Just not sure about the colors. Could you try blue instead of green and maybe dark grey? I'm not sure how this will look but it's worth a shot. And I think it would great to take out the second "realty" listed below and make "living in style" stretch out under the length of the words above. Thank you!
