Overall the graphic was made to look like an angel. The wings are actually pages of a book flipped. Based on what your company does, I am proposing an angel as an appropriate image to describe what the company is all about.
Thanks for the #8 submission! The lettering and book pages are very nicely done. However, most people don't really identify with us as a charitable organization, so the halo probably wouldn't fit in for our image as it might for some of the church groups. I recommend some type of simple illustration reflecting our lakeside community status, unless you can imagine something more aesthetic related to the library or volunteerism. The book pages would be ideal as foreground with the lettering, though. We look forward to seeing some additional work of yours. Thanks!
