Welcome to logo tournament. I hope I can be of service to you. I specialize in Real Estate logos and have had great success with Keller Williams clients on this site already. Here are some KW clients who have selected my work:
#3 | A path to your dream home #4 and #5 | The picket fence to represent the simplicity of the American Dream #6 and #7 | The pottery shaped house shows that your homes are indeed works of art.
Paul, I really appreciate your entries. I would like to see a design with Lifestyle in a font something like Lucida Handwriting (I like the "L" and "e" from Lucida Calligraphy instead). I also like the Palace Sript MT font ; however, I would prefer small loop at top of "L" and large loop at bottom. also see www.LoriCain.com ... I look at the "L" in her name logo and wonder if we couldn't somehow incorporate that into a path going to a house or using the "l" at end of lifestyle as the chimney?
I really like the gradient color of Lifestyle in #31... can you change #29 to the same gradient? Also in #29, can we try a double roof line instead with just 1 chimney on the side, and make the window smaller or just use 4 small squares instead?
Paul, my design with the 's' formed somewhat in a path (left logo, line 2) and the design at the bottom right with the path were favorites of some associates in my office. I'd love to see your take on these 2.
Just wanted to point out the importance of a logo being able to stand alone from the text and being able to layout horizontally as well as vertically as shown. The design thar I proposed (tanked 2nd currently) will be more functional than the ones I submitted with the rooflines. The internet age screams for a logo that can be versatile and rearranged when needed.
Paul, I totally agree and you'll be excited to know that my colleagues voted unanimously for your Entry #31 ... CONGRATULATIONS ... and THANK YOU for participating in my contest!!!
As you noted above, my concern is the readability of Lifestyle from a distance (my yard signs and auto) -- I do prefer this font over entry #82; however am wondering if there's a way to make it stand out a bit more (i.e., bolder ... or no gradient ... or larger font?) ... you're the expert, what do you think? :)
Paul, on second thought, I think the bright red will take away from the 'luxury' feel of the design.
I used LogoTournament previously for another project, and after selecting the winning design, along with emailing me the eps format, the designer also emailed me each piece of the design (ungrouped) in PUBLISHER, so that I could modify depending on the marketing applications. I'm really, really hoping you will be willing to do the same :)
For example, I love this vertical layout for website, notecards, letterhead. However, a horizontal layout similar to entry #136 (with the addition of .com to the right of Home Team vs. the line) will be ideal for my auto rear window. Having the ability to shrink and enlarge the logo design for various applications is also critical. I will be applying decals of the design on my auto ... its red, so I need the ability to change font colors.
Paul, THANK YOU for your creative work in this logo design ... I love it! My correct email address is: klauren111@gmail.com
