I would like for "REAL ESTATE PROJECT" to be larger or more pronounced. "LEXINGTON" could be a bit smaller if it would help with the proportion of the logo. Thanks!

Any way we could remove the arrows? This will be a charity organization. Possibly hands holding a house or another symbol of giving. Thanks!
