#70 Could you make the logo a bit larger & change all of the text to black? Also make "REAL ESTATE PROJECT" larger. Thank you!

I just uploaded the changes: in #74 the logo is bigger and in #75 it's even bigger. In #76 and #77 I changed the text to make "Real Estate Project" larger than "Lexington"
