Our Ideas & Additional Information
Our intent is to have a base logo from which we can pull various elements from. A mark and our name could be the base logo, but the mark could stand alone on specific collateral. Options for how to use various pieces of the logo will be important. Date of inception and location not desired (as shown in Wind Dancer). We are level-headed, veridical individuals hoping to contribute to communities in a positive way, while having fun and working with those who share our same values.

Northwest (NW) includes multiple states. Not just Washington, and we aren't in Washington. :)

Typically more mid-rise buildings versus high rise buildings.

Some really great creativity, will get a few ranked today to help with the direction. In terms of ones removed from the contest, we are not a single family home developer, so if the logo appears to show a house, would be misleading to our customers. Thank you.

What is a unique enough symbol that if someone saw it could eventually tie that construction project to our company? What symbol represents construction development without being too obvious? Some great efforts at incorporating the company initials into the associated symbol, but may be too much to ask to check all those boxes.
