Please use the color in logo #307 for the blue. Keep the grey color for Development NW but add the space between the two words. Do not change the size of LEVEL on this logo, as we want it to match the height of the mark to the left, as shown. #307 has LEVEL smaller than the mark. Then we should be good to go.

Thanks, I didn't see the logos with the colors provided above. I'm wondering if they came across strange. I was looking at the TCX colors in Pantone. I don't know how to share an image on this interface, otherwise I'd just screenshot what I'm looking at. Sorry I missed your responses from the last couple of days.

that looks better! Here are some Pantone references: 18-4041, 19-4057, 19-4055, 19-4042, 19-4117 (nice color for maybe Development NW as an option?), 19-4029, 19-3964, 19-4234, 18-4222. Let me know what you think of these.

Could you provide a bit more space between the two words below? And then provide some other blue options. We lean towards the more rich colors of navy (but not too dark), maybe a dark teal, just provide some additional options. The grey below is good but feel free to play with that as well. Do one inverse mark just to see what that might look like. Thank you!

Can you try a rectangle?

We like the mark you provided. Wondering if you could play around with a few things: Provide the mark on the left, make LEVEL bigger than Development NW. Try a rectangular mark versus square, while still maintaining the asymmetry of the pitch.
