When using letters we would be refered to as LTA

This logo is a bite complex for many of our uses.

Our old logo was more of a stacked
LETS TALK - in red lettering
AUCTION - larger and bolder that then top or bottom letters - Jumped out at you. - in red.
Company - in red
then Mio, Michigan under that, in black.
Just to give some more ideas, Our old logo was great, just was looking for something newer and fresher but this did work for all of our needs.
Looking for a new fresh logo that will work for 60 m.p.h. sign, uniform shirts, a logo for our Truck cap window and other printed materials.

We've enjoyed watching what has been created so far. But as we look at them we think we are coming to the realization that we are wanting or needing a more longated type logo, the square boxy type logos just don't seem in our mind that they will work in the applications that we have plans for. The word Auction will need to be the key focus of the logo, or at least we want people to have Auction catch there eye.
Does anyone have any ideas with possibly incorporating a silohoutte of Michigan and Ohio + gavel + name?
Still anything is possible, just looking for that right one.
Can I ask? What makes you think of Auction? or what do you associate with or to auctions? maybe look at it that way for some ideas. Thanks and get up the good work!

We had a bunch of ideas written down but this darn logotournament timed us out and we lost all of it so we are going to try again.

This logo would work great with web and printing but we are concerned about using it for uniforms and clothing embroidery. The thin line/outline around the gavel and LTA we like, but are afraid this might be one of our embroidery problems. Can we see this without this border/outline. What we would like to see is for Michigan and Ohio to stand out just a bit more. Then instead of a solid red square can this be just a medium border line square shape?

As for as the lettering, lets start with taking the word company and shrinking it some and stretching it some to fit and then adding thickness to LETS TALK.

We've had to deal with a funeral today and are getting some very good designs and running out of time.
We have decided to take the 2 day extention but are planning on ending this sometime tomorrow as will be heading out of town on Sat. and would like to have this completed before then.
