Ledgerly is a new service and app for managing accounting of Home Owner Associations (HOAs) and Condo Owner Associations (COAs). They provide direct accounting services and an easy-to-use interface to manage your HOA/COAs finances. It streamlines the process of managing and handling your HOA/COAs finances, billing, and invoices, reducing your liability and improving accountability and transparency.

The target audience is people who own or manage buildings or communities with small or medium-sized HOAs/COAs, or people who manage HOAs/COAs themselves. These people tend to be landlords, property owners, or home owners that may be tech savvy but aren't knowledgeable enough with finance and accounting to manage a balance book.

Most companies in this industry, or in adjacent finance/accounting/real estate applications, use green or blue. Either of those are fine, but we'd love to also see options that stand out. Ledgerly is a brand new offering with no direct competitors, so something disruptive and unique could work. Please feel free to try atypical color palettes, or less commonly used shades of blue and green.

We need an icon and wordmark that are legible and clear at all sizes: in a website header, as a mobile app icon, as a browser tab favicon, as a letterhead.

Sticking with the theme of HOA management and accounting, anything that represents housing or finance or both are appropriate. We are also open to more abstract or emotional appeals, e.g. geometric patterns, or anything (animals, objects, etc) that evoke appropriate emotions of security, reliability, and trust. We want a wide breadth of options to pick from, as currently the brand is still solidifying itself, but we need a logo ASAP to launch soon. No idea is too bold!
