After discussion with our full team, we like this icon most and we believe we have a final version we'd like to see.
This square icon (#752) in a solid color (hexcode #08463C), with a serif font. We liked the typeface in #841, but want to see something heavier: Richmond Text, Miller Text Bold, Petersburg, Cortona Text, if you have any of those or similar available.
We're deliberating on the wordmark. For now, we'd like to see more icon variations, and you can use the wordmark you used for #846 as the placeholder. We're picking from the wordmarks you've provided and will choose one later.
Focusing on the icon: We like the geometric, volumetric look of this icon. It suggests 'building' without being too obvious, and incorporates the L motif. As I marked up, it could be interesting to see this with 'window' details like it was a house or apartment tower.
We'd like to see more icon variations different than what you've already provided. Let's stay away from more 'diamonds' like in #851. Some more options similar to this one or #418 would be appreciated.
These look great. Love the thinner weight of the icon. Several of the wordmark options will work.
This icon could work for the final, but we'd like to see some more icon variations to compare to. We like how this one integrates a house and a book motif without being to obvious. Could we see this with some more icons that go a different direction than this? E.g. what you did for #272, #414, #415.
1. Can you have them try it in all lowercase? I don’t mind the capital L but want to compare.
2. Also want to see it in ITC New Esprit Pro Display Bold -- serif font (which had a cleaner, less tech feel)
3. For the icon: I don’t like the leaf shapes a ton. I think seeing the blocks with different transparencies (gradients) may be cool if it’s going to stay one color.
4. Also want a version that plays with a roof or something house/condo-related built into the blocks (just to see if that anchors it visually)
5. Want a version where the "ly" at the end isn’t bold (thinner weight)
** needs to be separate versions, not all mashed together so we can pick and choose from these options.
So this is currently our top logo. The team likes everything about it - the spacing, the Title case, the color. What they would like to see is variants of the icon. Can we do something with the "leaf" elements? Can we try a subtle "roof" in there? Please get creative with this.

We're looking for more variations than this to evaluate. Do you have any other icon options that are entirely different from ones we've seen?

And some typeface variations? We like seeing the 'ly' in ledgerly with a different weight and/or color, or some other way to make it stand out.

Also, we'd like to see more typeface options, possibly even some serif fonts. And let's try either ALL CAPS or all lowercase.
Last, play around with the 'ly' in 'ledgerly' to make it stand out - a different weight, color, font, etc.
Thanks!
