Logo Designer

for any change of color, text or icon please let me know.
a greeting.

#1 I like the compass points coming off the LG; try adding a scale or set of scales inside or out of the compass, or something to denote that this is law related if they were to only look at the emblem (logo)

Thanks

#1, #2, #24, #25 I like your LG sytle in this can you:
1) Putting a full circle compass around #24 and #25
2) Trying doing it with JUST the points like you did on #2,
3) Instead of using a pillar try 1 scale

Thank you

scale?

#33 I like what you doing with this. Can you make the vertical portions of the L and G element longer; and making the compass a lit bit larger to hold; then taking the scales and dipping the scales lower within the center of LG element, and having the other scale raised outside of the LG element (more of a stylistic scale) but within the Compass.

nice work, thanks

Alternative...More on #33 You could also increase the size of the LG and scale image as suggsted in my last comment, by increasing it and putting the stylzed scales (eliminate the circle compass) and just put the points around it like you did in #1; Try it both ways.

Thanks

SHIFT IN FOCUS WE ARE MOVING AWAY FROM TRYING TO REINVENT/REFRESHING THE CURRENT LOGO, INSTEAD WE ARE LOOKING FOR WORDMARK OR WEB 2.0 TO EMPHASIZE AND ENHANCE OUR NAME

"Lawyers Guide" or "LawyersGuide.com"

explore either option, but what we want to achieve is a logo that we can put on our site, and the name can stand alone by itself.

examples: microsoft, dell, fed ex, skype, flickr, facebook,

#71 Use the Blue Background color for Lawyers and use the Burgudny color for Guide. I have the background color match for reference. Also, try to make the letters thicker...so there is more of an impact with the name.

nice...

Thanks,

#72 I like this one also, but not sure how that would look on the blue or burgundy background unless there is the light shading around it to make it stand off...can you put it on those colors for background comparison
; also, maybe make the letters a little thicker here also.

Thanks,

#80 and #73 Like those can you make the name stand out more so pops,

I like the #80 design...very nice...Maybe use more white in #80 in the name and slogan, slogan gets lost...name needs to pop more.so you can see it quickly and easly,

Thanks,

#81 nice revise

Another alternative we are thinking is to remove the scales in the logo which is above the name as you have it, and just emphasize the name in a shadow or bold, or 3d style, or emblem/bade as you, and if you are to use the icons use it within the name and not seperate. SO the name pops more or stands out more.

Thank you

#57 very clean logo, we like the half tone image,

Please enhance the two lines of text to be more prominient (darker or bolder or larger) so the name pops, also put the image in key line the image in white because it will placed on the dark blue and burgundy background.

Nice work

Thanks

#57 can you do the key line white as a variation to a clean #57 so one is for web use and other is for print, and regarding the prominent see how you have #3 it is more robust and prominent the name, do that for #57.

Thank again,

#145 Getting there. can you make that bolder sharper, maybe make it 2 the size on #145 need to be able to quickly see it bigger letters ie..2 x size...maybe like your #33 in size and boldness

Thanks

#145 also, maybe also trying the 2 different colors for the text as you have on #33 with two tone for Lawyers and Guide. Thanks
13 years ago

#145 with the above changes can you put the logo on the dark blue, and the burgundy color which is attached to project to see what that would look like.

Thank you

#149 Great...We like yours the best.
Step by step
1) Increase the height of the scales so you can see the top; and more of the bottom of the scales just a bit.
2) Darken the 1/2 tone image/icon (compass and scales) a bit.
3) We will need this logo for a i) clear backgound, ii) white background, and iii) dark blue and bugundy backgound (see variation #4).
4) We need a variation in color of the Text and Icon (reverse colors - so instead of dark text colors it would be white text on the dark) so it can be seen on the i) Dark Blue Background and ii) Burgundy backgound (color matches are attached to the contenst).

Great Job!!

#149
additional comments followed:

5) Change the color of Lawyers to the color of the blue you used on #3 for Guide
6) Change the color of the Guide to the Darker black of the black you used on #3 for Lawyers
SO it there is more of a contrast between the two words.

Thank you

#149 Combined Comments of earlier today step by step:

A) Change to existing Logo (for the clear and white background):
1) Change the color of "Lawyers" to the color of the lighter blue that you used on #3 for "Guide"
2) Change the color of "Guide" to the darker black you used on #3 for "Lawyers"
3) Icon/Image Increase the height of the scales so you can see the top of the scales above the text; and more of the bottom of the scales below the text; just a bit.
4) Darken the 1/2 tone icon(compass and scales) a bit.

B) Changes to logo for dark blue and bugundy backgound (see variation #4).
1) We need a variation in color of the Text and Icon (reverse colors - so instead of dark text colors it would be white text on the dark) so it can be seen on the i) Dark Blue Background and ii) Burgundy backgound (color matches are attached to the contenst).

Thank you and nice job!!!!

#149

1) Bring the text back up so the line goes through the center of the compass as in previous.
2) Increase Font a bit "Lawyers Guide" Text so that the left top arch of the compass goes between W and Y of "Lawyers"; and the righ top arch of the compass goes between U and I of "Guide".
3) Stretch the scales so you can see that top of the scales above the text like #156, but you can also see the bottom of the scales below the text like #145.

Thank you

#156

oops disregard #149 in previous post, use #156 with comments

1) Bring the text back up so the line goes through the center of the compass as in previous.
2) Increase Font a bit "Lawyers Guide" Text so that the left top arch of the compass goes between W and Y of "Lawyers"; and the righ top arch of the compass goes between U and I of "Guide".

Thank you

#160 very close

Leaving everything else the same

1) Pull the bottom of the scales down more so it looks like #145; that there is white space between the slogan and the scale saucer dishes.
2) Pull the top of the scales up just a bit more.

#160 the idea is to get the text to sit above the two hanging scales

Thank you

#160 as modified above, one other Variation....

Lighten the 1/2 tone icon(compass and scales) back to #145 or somewhere in between the two tones.

as a comparative.

Thank you.

#162 Great one more step.

1) Keeping the font size the same, just Stretch the Slogan to the length of Lawyers Guide as in #149.
2) Then Duplicate this final with the Dark Blue Background as in #157
3) Then Duplicate this final with the Burgundy Background as in #158, but lighten the icon more so it stand out just a little more,.

Again nice job look forward to seeing the final final...

Thanks,

Jim

Hello
