I like #2 but I don't think it's the right style we're looking for. IT would be great logo for an iPhone app called lawnboy! look at logos for national service companies like Scotts, TruGreen, Orkin, Ortho. Their fonts are very clean and professional.

I like the font on #1 but I don't like the graphic. Can you try it without the "boy" just the mower... and make the mower look bigger/better and add a grass catcher?
