I really like the moving speedometer concept, as it's all about speed! Could you play with it a bit more. Maybe a charcoal? Or centered?

Great! Can you rotate the speedometer left just a bit, so the stick isn't so close to my name? Maybe a gradient on the letters in my name itself also showing motion? And darken the font in the tagline slightly so it's easier to read?

Like #106! Shows forward motion. Any way to make the dial of the speedmeter a light gold to pull in my other color? Tagline is still a bit hard to read. Can we try another font with no serif? Some of the other taglines are easier to read.

On #162, can you make the LAURA more red and less burgundy?

Mmmmm...can you remove some of the space in between the names? put "Laura" and "Stack" closer together?

How about instead of lots of little gold dashes, larger, less frequent gold dashes on the speedometer?

Liked the darker red. Try same color as the 5th red spot on the dial please.

The gold bars on the dial make the main ones heavier gold and longer (10, 20, 30, 40 etc.)

I think that's better I can't decide. I do like the way it shows the needle is moving. Can you work on them a bit? My colleague says:

"If you want the speed lines to show movement then have him look at some cartoons were it’s well done. The way he had them they didn’t add much movement."

See how #2 has speed lines? Maybe not so thick looking?

Can you put a touch more space between the names Laura and Stack? When printed, it looks like one word, so I think it will help the separation. Just a bit. Also can I see what it will look like grayscale with light gray on Laura and Black on Stack?

Great I like that better! Could I see the rest of the grayscale version on #247 with the dial and everything as well, so I can see what it's going to look like printed in black and white. Thank you!

Don't worry for that, i always give some alternative color in the final files, such as greyscale, black and white. : )

Maybe the dial gradient could be red, gold, charcoal, black?

That is interesting! Could you start with the same color of Laura name and end with the same color as Stack name? So it "moves" one from the other with same colors? Ending a little darker not as much gray.

Definitely like the red/black name not the gradient.

Okay so on 271, start the dial with the same exact color red as the name "Laura" and end the dial with the same color black as "Stack" with the gradient in between.

Can we try it with no shading behind my name? A friend said it doesn't look like it's moving but looks "blurry" to her instead. Yikes!

246 and 274 - keep dial gradient and new name with no shadow.
