The saying goes, "Culture eats strategy for breakfast." Your organizational culture has to be healthy in order to succeed. I have more than three decades building high-performing teams, based on world-class organizational culture. I provide coaching for leaders who recognize the need to improve culture as a prerequisite for successful outcomes. If using an icon (rocket, other), I'm envisioning a two or three color (similar colors, like gold, bronze, and brown) with monotone words (dark grey or black). Feel free to play with other color combos for an icon.

I'm looking for a compromise between traditional and informal/playful. The themes of the six logos I selected as examples are good indicators of that mix. I don't want the "playfulness" to extend to off-kilter letters or a silly icon. However, I also don't want a perfect or ultra-realistic rendering of an icon.

An icon should evoke progress and hope. The letters should present a seriousness without pretension (not a law firm logo / letters). LaunchSite is one word with the L and S capitalized. I'd like lower case and upper case to show the distinction in the capitalized L and S.
