Hi Ruri - I like #'s 39 and 44. Could I see it with the image on the left/top in the shape of the state of Ohio instead of the drop? Also, I know we have blue and green in the image portion of the design, but could we incorporate some color into the lettering as well just to see how it looks?
Thank you very much for reviewing my designs. I do really appreciate it. Here are the update version as requested (#68, #69, #70 & #71). Please let me know if I have misunderstand about your request.
We like entry #71 the best and are likely going to pick you as the competition winner (we're trying to finalize our design to upload on our new website in the next day or two). We'd like to see #71 in a couple of different versions. Here are some ideas, but feel free to be creative.
1. For the green area at the bottom of the Ohio image, could we see that so it looks more like rolling fields seen in the green area of some of the other designs submitted? Also, could we perhaps see a little bit of a brighter version of that green as well?
2. For the "Leasing Group" text, I think it may need to be a little bit darker.
3. Before "Leasing" and after "Group", could we extend a line that hits in the middle of each text block and extends to the end of "Landowners"? I want to see how it looks with everything squared off.
I'm just wondering, did you also request other designers to work on the Ohio shape? Since I can see that now other designers are working on that direction.
If I may give a suggestion, I would prefer #71 entry with a clean, simple and recognizable logo shape. The green shape at the bottom representing the green land without being influenced by a rolling fields that could be misinterpreted as an agriculture (plant) logo.
Hi Ruri - I am going to pick #71 as the winner. We plan to use the logo in newspaper ads as well and we may not be able to have color in those ads. In the files you send me, can you please send a black and white version as well? As soon as I get the black/white version I think I can pick you as the winner, correct? We'd like to get the files today as well as we are going to be running newspaper ads in the next 24 hours. Does that work?
