clever idea. However arrows should be pointing UP - not down. Can you rework? Also, can we see a variant with the contrast color being deep sea blue instead of the light, sandy brown?
Thinking outside of the "box", I was trying to come up with something that represents growth, other than a chart, that can be easily recognisable. A flower grows and flourishes!
