- Style: Izakaya Style (Japanese kind of bar offering smaller food plates to share - similar to Spanish Tapas, but just Asian style)
- Full-service restaurant
Product:
- Majority smaller Asian or Asian fusion dishes to share
- High quality and rather rare offerings, for e.g. Wagyu and real Wasabi
- Also some bigger dishes
- Homemade cocktails with rather rare combinations
Brand:
- Not fine dining, but rather classy, but also not luxury
- Feel wecome and friendly
- High quality
- Color in restaurant: dark blue, black, a slight color touch of red and blue
Target audience:
- Upper class, thus, people who are willing to pay for good food
- Not rich people, but the price will be higher than average
Our Ideas & Additional Information
Attached I have the Chinese letter for the restaurant's name: KIU (cantonese meaning: bridge - we want to create culinary bridges around the world). This letter can be fully used within the logo. I am not sure if it should be dominant or rather in the background.
Maybe something small can be added like a bowl with chopsticks so that people can see it is an Asian place where you can eat.
I am so sorry that I am not creative and it is difficult for me to put it into words.
