What We Do
We are a renovated 330,000 square foot mill, built around 1900, that is now a mixed-use space for retail, manufacturing, events and eventually residential.
Color Preferences
Our current logo uses an orange/red brick color that echoes the color of the brick mill. Other than that, gray, black and white. We're not wed to the current look, but nothing too bright or flashy.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
We like the idea of a literal keystone in an arch; it echoes how we see ourselves in the center of a group of mills, and maybe even in the center of the town.
We like century gothic as a font, and something similarly clean/modern would be nice, but we could also try something that feels a little more industrial.
We've experimented with plays on keys and stones, and nothing has really felt right going down that road.
Additional comments by partner (James) 2/4/16: Art deco, steampunk, brick, steel, heavy timber and glass. Many of our tenants begin new ventures in our buildings - these are "business incubators"
