I'm really sorry, it looks like I resubmitted this design in error.

It's too shiny and "solid gold"-- we're a bit grittier

This is cool, I would make the metal slightly more distressed looking, and change the shape of the keystone (right now it's the symbol for the state of Pennsylvania)

I don't usually like logos with the K, but this one is cool. Good colors

Do you think you might consider something similar, retaining the text panel and keystone, but with the gear replaced by a plainer semicircle/arch on top?

It's a beautiful logo, but the building next to us has a gear over their name, so this is unfortunately out.
