I am submitting this again as the last one disappeared before I finished. I am not sure that you received the comments. If you did, it is incomplete please consider the following:

The submission that is First is #7. It is following the style and presentation I am looking for.
The circle color and roof shape are all in order. I would like to see variations on this style so that a selection can be made. A consideration may be that the Keller Williams (KW) colors are mainly Red, White and Black. This means the shape colors need to overcome KW presentation in order the logo you are developing can establish the first impression.

Submission #2 was a good start and had some of the elements I am looking for but #7 is now in first position.

Submission #6 is soft and not too far off what I am looking for but it needs the feeling of a team i.e. the circle.

Submissions #3, #4, #5 which represents letters are good but I now do not want to follow that style. Please consider something different but do not follow #7. In this way it will be possible to see other variations and could position you in a better position.
