i started with the idea of the arrow, which leaned toward a 3D perspective when i tilted it, which i thought could become the skyline (with the buildings in the background) the strong angles create depth which draw the eyes in to the logo. Also the colours can be customised according to the different sections of your business (possibly leaving out the 3 descriptions and replacing it with one per section)

NICELY DONE ! ! !
Could I see a couple varieties?
All cap lettering on CONSTRUCTORS
Perhaps a Gradient on the arrowhead from black to red
Perhaps a black (wavy) line or thickness to the arrowhead with black skyline above.
This is a potential winner ! Very creative ! Thank you!

Please:
1- make Black line very fine around the arrowhead.
2- "Square up" the arrowhead so it isn't very skewed
3- Make CONSTRUCTORS bold but not outlined

Excellent.. perhaps winner with a few adjustments
