Kansas City Regional Homes, IncLogo Design Contest

We are trying to update our logo without have to completely re-do it. Please use the bars and keep our name in the box shape it is now. I do however want to add the word Realtors below our name. We have permission to use that trademark from the national association of realtors. There must be a line or some other way to separate our actual logo from Realtor. please use the trademark symbol at the end of the word. Also, would like to see the gray look more like silver or shiny to give a more elegant look to it. thank you
