could you make the bars on the left the same height please. Love the way you used three different colors on the bars and the line beneath it. Please add a line under the regional homes which would be just enough to be over the top of the word Realtors. Realtors must include the trademark symbol. We have already verified the use of the word Realtors with the national association of realtors. thanks

Also, can you make the gray color a bit more like silver, perhaps with a shine or shimmer?
