Our Ideas & Additional Information

K in an emblem shaped like a house with "Properties" or "Properties, LLC" underneath, but modern in design. Nothing cheesy or cartoonish. Prefer something elegant and something I can use the K emblem by itself if desired. Logo needs to be designed so it can be seen on yard signs well (noticeable color and clear to read from a distance); designed in order to have clean embroidery and be able to be seen well when reduced in size for promo items.
