Wow! I am very impressed with this one. Very elegant. My only concern is the shading and gradient when used in embroidery and some print applications. I think it will work well for online and outdoor signs. Embroidery and some print qualities can be complicated with shading/gradients. I'm hoping for 3 versions in the end - full color version (like you have here), a version for dark background (reverse all white) and a version for black and white applications.
I love the sophistication of this logo. I wonder if you can try another script font that is easier to read from a distance so you can recognize the K better.
