I like the bold lettering and the name being so focused on... but feel like its plain... I would like to see more WOW! in it. Like the "pillars" in the sence of strengh and a company that has deep roots and focused on its customers and not its bottom $.

I think you're starting to understand what I'm going after. Could you add some "luxury" feel to it? I would like to have it be upscale.
Also how about seeing the shield #43 between the words #4, and maybe try using the color red as in #40.
Could you add a line underneath the font like #62
