Overall initial comments to all designers:

- We do not care for the traditional 'roof' treatment of logos, as we feel it conveys more residential real estate which we are not. We would consider anything that illustrates more commercial real estate, though pictures of buildings or similar should be avoided. Simpler is better.

- Our domain name is JTSmanagement.com ; with any new brand, conveying your domain name is key. If this could be accomplished in a very clean / uncluttered fashion it would be considered. It is NOT a necessity, though we would like to see some design ideas along these lines.

- It seems that the tagline 'Real estate leasing and management' is redundant to the logo. We are considering changing that to 'Commercial Real Estate' as the slogan for logos.

Lastly, thanks for the continued submissions, we are looking at all of them and will continue to provide feedback to all designers!

Thanks for all the designs that incorporate the .com - at this point we have decided that as much as we wanted to see them, that the logos get much to cluttered up. We do not need to see any more with the .com, and like just a logo & slogan design.

If you have not noticed, we have seemed to be leaning towards the Blue / Grey logo styles, and avoiding anything with red or bright colors. Also anything with a round shape or something resembling a house is being rejected.

There have been a lot of great submissions, and the decision will be a tough one - thanks to all for the continued efforts.
