While I think that your design skills are strong, the designs are either too busy for our brand. I do not feel that we need a shape and prefer some of the other font based logos.
#16 would be our most liked of your designs if you eliminated the redundant square / crescent on the left. #18 would be our least favorite, the triangle and color contrast doesn't seem to catch us well.
