John Muir Charter School is a one of a kind school with 33 sites state wide (CA) that gives troubled high school students the opportunity to earn a high school diploma while working with California Conservation Corps, Local Conservation Corps, YouthBuild, Job Corps.

Our Ideas & Additional Information

We want to be current and relate to troubled teens so we don't want to look old. Even though our name has John Muir in it we would like to see options without an association to the actual man. We need to encompass: Conservation, HS Diploma, Diverse demographics, at risk teens, 2nd chance to do things better.

Client

I am running this tournament for a long time client of mine. I can honestly say that all ideas are welcome. Not sure what they will choose so please feel free to be creative and submit all kinds of ideas. I will provide direction here on general concepts they seem to be gravitating towards. We are open to all kinds of interpretations of this new logo. Thank you for submitting your concepts.

Seems like the client is not wild about people that are overly stylized. They seem to like things that are a little more realistic.

Client like submission #10 but it is looking dated. Seeing a modern take on this idea may strike a cord with the client.
