We are systems-driven and passionate about the quality of our work. Since 1961 we've served homebuyers in the Bellevue, WA and Greater Eastside communities. Target Audience: Well educated. Age 35-55. Engineers, managers, Business Owners, Pilots, Attorneys, Salespeople & Homemakers. They drive luxury vehicles. Manage people. Are tech-savvy. High net worth. 2/3 are dual income households. 2/3 are Chinese or Korean, the remaining 1/3 is usually Caucasian or East Indian. Family, security & pride matter. This is usually their third or fourth home purchase. They want to be seen as smart, successful by their peers. Our brand mark should elicit feelings of Strength & Trust, while also expressing Art & Beauty.

Please see our website, www.buchan.com, for product & inspiration. Note current logo lacks distinction. It is too "off-the-shelf" and needs say more about who we are. It must be unique, custom, classy, show artistry, backed up by the strength of systems and experience. Logo must be embroidery friendly, and sizable for web, print, social, signage. Think custom-crafted, high-performance, durable goods, legacy, trustworthy, inspiring...like Mercedes, BMW, Hermes, Tom Ford, Chanel, Breitling, Rolex & Dom Perignon. Ok to minimize "John", "Buchan" is the focus.
