Hello, A couple of updates: #190 #191 #192 I have added a slight shadow underneath the inscription, as well as minor details to the letters to give them more volume
Also if you're into that old-school / vintage feel, I can explore that direction further :)
also a thought - I'm going to be using the design over images, and I'm probably going to need the logo without a background colour.
I like the look of #191 and #192 but I think being realistic it would be put on top of a photo so the background colour wouldn't be used. it would simply be the logo positioned to fit in with text over a photo.
Seeing the different colour scheme helped separate it from the rest. but I'm not sure it will be used like that.
just so I know - would you be able to provide a finished product with no background at all? So just the logo to be photoshopped onto an image.?
Sure, apart from the EPS /vector/ and JPG /raster/ format you get in LT as final files, you can also ask for a PNG with transparent background. It can be directly placed on all sorts of images and applications and has a better compression. And the .eps itself is easily editable even in programs such as Photoshop.
Anyways, I'll make sure I upload future entries on white background :)
Hello again :) Here are some new options: #195 #196 #197 #198 #199 and #200 I tried to focus on simple typographic solutions, that reproduce well both in color and B&W. I was wondering though which layout /horizontal or stacked/ you think will work better on your promotional materials. Not that posters cannot be designed with relation to the logo but still...
I see there's drop shadow, and what looks like embossing on the logo which is nice where it can be noticed, but in small print ads, it might be lost and or wasted.
if I select that design, would you be able to provide a couple of variations so that I can try a few out when I'm ready for print or web design?
firstly as it is, with the emboss and shadow because it looks cool =)
but also straight black, no FX.
As well as the transparent background with them both?
I think I'm going to have to try one or two prints before I know what is going to work.
anyway, please let me know what's possible, and we can continue from there.
