It Happens in VegasLogo Design Contest

Thank you for your submission.
I like the design. There is a mis-spelling however in the first line....it should be IT Happens in.

Perhaps you could try switching the colors, using a more silver for the VEGAS & a little deeper blue for the It Happens In part.
I do like the stars and use of shading in the VEGAS.
