What We Do

Color Preferences
The name inverted to me seems to lend itself to highly contrasting colors. Cloud services seems to suggest shades of blues...so maybe yellow (sun) and blue (clouds)...I know clouds are white or grey...so that could work too...

Another approach would be a more technical approach of Black/White/Red

I do intend to promote the "green" aspect of cloud computing...so a series of organic colors might work too.

The google colors make a lot of sense because much of our work will focus around google apps and services.

That isn't a ton of direction, but I am open to quite a bit. I would stay away from pastels (other than blue/yellows possibly)
Our Ideas & Additional Information
Looking to incorporate a cloud theme...inverted networks isn't necessarily intuitive to what it means...so hoping the logo can tie it together.

Looking at it another way...I like the idea of an upside down i and mirrored N for the INverted Networks...

for short could end up being referred to as IVN...so a highlight of those letters might be helpful too.

Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank a variety of designs to get a variety of entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is Private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Leave private feedback by clicking on a design. Feedback will be made public upon contest completion
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested".
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked 1st - 10th. We like to earn points.
~~ After your contest closes it will enter Judging phase. You can re-rank designs in Judging.
~~ While in Judging, the designer ranked in first place can submit revisions

Definitely looking for some new concepts...I think we have some great things...I like where nong took the design...and looking for other outside of the box thinking...

maybe something that is focused more on the idea of Inverted than on a cloud...black/white...solid black on oneside with white text for Inverted...and white on the otherside with white text and a thin black outline for Networks? and then on networks...invert the N and the K? something like that?

I like what we have going just want to see some other options to help the creativity!!

Thanks everyone...

also...there is no orange in the google colors...short of a sun...please disregard the use of orange and instead swap for yellow.
