#1: The arrows don't say insideout to me.
#2: I like the "coming out" symbol in this. It speaks insideout to me. I like the color and the bolding of the OUT. One important aspect of the biz is the returning of human nature to businesses. The logo feels a bit unhuman and static. I am wondering if a softer font or italics might soften the logo and add a human and momvement feel? I like the general direction of the logo.

Wow, there sure are a lot of wonderful creative options pouring in. I appreciate everyone's work. Some general comments that I am learning about my preferences as I move through this process: I tend to like a horizontal placement of text to symbol. I am drawn toward upper and lower case text and even italicized. I am looking for a soft, elegant logo that speaks to the human being behind all employees. Each of these beings has great potential that is likely untapped. Business would be much more successful by tapping into it on the individual and collective level. I want the logo to stay professional looking but not "typical business" hard looking. Thank you all for your work.

I so appreciate the work you all are doing. In general I'd still like to see the logo feel more elegant and human - softer and simple. I'd also like to see some more wordmark logos. I am concerned about the symbol becoming stronger than the name. It won't be used on merchandise so branding like a Nike Swoosh won't be as powerful as it is for Nike. The name is what I need to build and to have people remember. I like a lot of the use of blue but recognize that as a pretty popular color right now and want to make sure I use color that will endure over time.

I keep thinking about the beautiful art of calligraphy and how it metaphorically represents what I want to convey in my logo. The use of strong simple strokes, minimal effort for a maximum statement. The strokes are elegant, powerful and sensual. The is a subltly in the power of the art.

I am also thinking about the power of a "whisper". The strength in the suble understatement. We live in a world of being screamed at. I don't want my logo to scream at people. I want it to draw them in in a softer way.

I am getting a sense of how this works, artists watch what is ranking highest and work toward it. But what if those logos are not hitting the mark, but are logos that I feel have potential of hitting it? It can steer others in a wrong direction. I am not comfortable with the fonts and the sense of the out shouting at me in the logos. There is great opportunity to hit the mark with a different approach.

My work with companie is all about "conversation" and "connection" and I am finding that missing in the contest. Maybe sharing a little more about me will help. I am an architect doing management consulting. I have a strong love of design and am known to be very passionate about the work I do. I live with passion in the world. An old story came up in a conversation this morning: Years ago a friend was complaining about the weather being rainy, grey and cold which was putting her in a bad mood. I said the "the sun must shine from within". This is a bit of what InsideOut Consulting is about. We can change our worlds from the inisde. Whether personally or as a collective in a business. I hope this helps bring some more understanding to why I chose the business name. I am so appreciative of the hard work you are all doing. Having a long history in the design industry myself, I know the effort and personal dedication you all have for what you do.
