Montoshlall,
Thanks for the clean strong designs. We would be interested to see what #4 would look like with "Institute" added below "Management." It's very readable in a small size, and looks like it would convert to B&W really well.
One small thing about the "o" in innovation. We like the section missing, the different color, etc. One of the team members thought it was a light bulb, upside-down. (The light bulb is a little overused for innovation, so we'd like to avoid that.) One team member thought is was a bomb. (Once that was mentioned, I can't help seeing that every time I look at it.) Maybe it's just an abstract shape over an opening in the "o," but because of the placement and the color-matching, it definitely suggested some things. What do you think?
Do you think that there are any all-capital-letter treatments of "Innovation" that would look good? We think that the treatment of "Innovation" in #6 is especially strong.
Re: you entry
#5:
The slogan shouldn't be in the logo. We just included that to give some idea of the focus of the organization. The logo should just contain the 3 words "Innovation Management Institute" (and any abstract shape that you think looks good, of course).
Thanks for your entries! Can't wait to see more!
Happy Holidays!
