For entry #31, I think the use of the hand could be a bit generic. I like the way you are attempting to show diversity and integration. I would use a different symbol.
We like #86 can you refine the sizing of the hands around the world so that they're even. Keep the format but replicate the lettering (Color Scheme and font) of #97. Thank you.

Hello! We love the logos submitted. I think we are close to perfection! 103 & 104 are our favorite. I would like to see the motto be more prominent. I would also like to see the lettering in different fonts. Also, there was an element of the original red, white and blue design that made the world look like it was spinning. Could you bring that back?
