Idaho Hand CenterLogo Design Contest

Here are 7 different versions for your logo. I went with a more realistic hand and hand print for my logos so they do not look generic or simple. I did 1 emblem to see if you liked them or not. I went with a variety of colors, but mainly stuck with the blues and its complimentary colors. Let me know what you think of these designs, please. Feedback is greatly appreciated (right down to the nitty gritty of color combos, what you like or dislike, etc...).

Oops, the state is supposed to be scaled back in opacity so that you can read the company name better in entries 64 through 67. I will get those fixed and reupload them.

The hand under the state gets lost for us - we don't even know what it is at first glance. Also we don't care for the replacement of the letter "a" with a hand.
Of the ones you have done, we like #67 the best taking into consideration the above comments.
If you are going to use the hand as a indication of where Boise is on the map, we would prefer it were a little smaller.
The fade of red into blue is very effective and we like that.

Thank you for the quick response with the feedback, I will work on the design a little bit more later today, when my creative juices are flowin'. Will be submitting some newer ideas later on.

Here are 3 newer versions with the changes that you suggested. Please let me know if these have what it takes to place first or if I should scrap it and go back to the drawing board. For there is no substitute for first place. I am trying to give you what you are looking for without following the rest of the pack here.

#82 and #83 are getting there. We are a little concerned about the hand image. It looks a little childish to us. Could you use a more stylized hand in place of the one you have been using. Thanks.

Here are some with a more stylized look to the hand within the state of Idaho. Also these last 3 renditions of your logo I took the state and turned it into a hand. One I kept the hand inside to mark Boise, and the last 2 I used a star to mark Boise. Feedback would be great again.
