#1 and #4 are really resonating with me right off the bat. I like the fonts used. I like the way the tagline is left justified on #4 and #6, so it ends just before the 'g' in hobodog. I think the colors are great. I'm not as in love with the dog in #6 but I do like the way the stick is oriented in #6 better than in #4 (I like how it comes behind the 'd' and sticks out a little past the d.) Great job so far!
Thank you so much for the effort you've put into these (without me even asking you to). Just so you know, I think I'm going to end the contest tomorrow (4 days early) in order to try to meet a deadline for an ad and I'm really excited about the logos you've done.
The white around the eye inside the spot is perfect in case I need to ever print in b&w. The recycled paper idea was awesome, too - the bags that I put my treats in are recycled paper so that's really helpful! I love the blue version, too. The green/orange is my favorite, but it's nice to see someone take initiative and branch out.
