I like the two men doing a handshake. The H and M are more clear in that one. I'm not a fan of the gray background as we are going to have to use this on stationary and business cards. Perhaps incorporate orange or another color would make it "pop" a little more.

Logope, we are advancing you to the next round based on your original design that seems to no longer be available for some reason. Please make sure you resubmit that design. The one we liked was the one that looked like two people shaking hands (orange on top with blue M). With "HighMark" written horizontally next to it.

sorry i have withdrawn the handshake concept, the site admin the logo has too much similarity with other company. meanwhile you can check my newly added concepts/entries :)
