We would like for the characters to be standing back-to-back, almost touching.
Each should be standing exactly the same, while facing opposite directions.
These characters are too "silly". We need the logo to be more serious.
Let's show the full bodies, including the heads, to show they are the same person.

Herostatus... this is just my thoughts on your idea, which is a good one! It sounds like you want to see actual faces on the characters. The figures will be so small since they are full body you will not be able to see the faces. That is why I made a "stylized" pair of figures chopped at the waist
