HelpfulHenry.comLogo Design Contest

Ok folks. Here we go again. Last time you designers did some wonderful work, so I am back for another logo for a second business.

I need a cartoon handyman logo for my new business, HelpfulHenry.com. He should be neat, professional looking and trustworthy. I was thinking about a guy in overalls, with a cap on and a pencil behind his ear. Just some first thoughts.

I can't wait to see the first designs!

#1 is too abstract. I need this cartoon handyman to seem like a real person. Plus, the logo is too plain. It's a start though.

#2 is very interesting. I sort of like the concept on the handyman, but I don't like the HelpfulHenry.com or slogan part. I would like to see that in a different font which would make it easier to read.

#3 I just don't care for the color scheme.

For any designers thinking about working on my logo. I like what I see in #7 & #8, but I would like to see more of a true "Handyman" type character in the logo. Maybe denim overalls, some type of cap on his head, a yellow pencil behind his ear, big friendly smile on his face. That is sort of what I envisioned when I came up with the concept of my company. Can anyone do something like that?

#13 is much closer to what I am looking for. Would love to see some variations of this. I like the happy, trustworthy looking handyman!

I really like the style of both #18 & #16. Different designers take on these would be welcomed.

Looking for friendly, smiling, trustworthy, hardworking handyman who people want will listen to.
