What We Do
Helpful is a customer service tech company that connects customers who need on demand, IN PERSON help, to the businesses customer service associates.

Example: In Home Depot, Target, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, etc.

Use case: A customer is in the plumbing isle in Home Depot and cannot find a part. They need help, but cannot find an associate. They scan the Helpful QR code, and request somebody come to help. The system routes the request to an available associate, and the associate comes to the location to service the customer.

Our advanced technology platform allows customers to scan a QR code or send a text message to request an associate come to them, wherever they are in the store.

We also provide deep data insights to the corporate customer about customer behavior, and insights into where customers are needing help the most in stores.

I am open to ideas but thinking something modern, clean and maybe even fun! Its about bringing joy to the customer service experience and ensuring they get what they need when they need it without frustration.

Would love to see some incorporation of a person (or the hint of or shape of a person in lines) making a connection with another person via mobile phone technology.

I am wondering if there is a way to make the "H" in helpful, two people connecting? Illustrating the solutions value proposition of bringing the person who needs help and the person who can provide the help together? Welcome a tech spin on this, but also something that feels friendly. :)
