Helpful is a customer service tech company that connects customers who need on demand, IN PERSON help, to the businesses customer service associates. Example: In Home Depot, Target, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, etc. Use case: A customer is in the plumbing isle in Home Depot and cannot find a part. They need help, but cannot find an associate. They scan the Helpful QR code, and request somebody come to help. The system routes the request to an available associate, and the associate comes to the location to service the customer. Our advanced technology platform allows customers to scan a QR code or send a text message to request an associate come to them, wherever they are in the store.
