I like very much #273 and #274 :

* Simple
* We can change color (by the way, the color you chose are a bis sad), make them black and white.
* Look great on a small size.
* Beautiful faces
#274 : good choice for the uncommon E which breaks the monotony

What the logo still lacks :

* Hapiness/Joy
* Technology

I used a joyful and happy colors and gave it a hint of technology while keeping it as simple as possible.
