Discussion

Thanks for the designs pink!

Out of all of them we like #54 the best. However i think "Real Estate" works best below Haven.

We are definitely attracted more to the professional designs!

Thanks again!

#76 Can you please make Real Estate a little larger but keep it starting where it is now (where the A is in Haven.

Also we like Haven in small caps. Maybe try a different font.

Thanks,

Here you go #99, #100 single color variations with different fonts in small caps.
Thanks,

I like the font on #100 can you please capitalize H?

Also, can we make real estate a little larger so it extends to the n.

It can start in the same spot (right after the H)

Thanks!

Done!
Please check #101

That's in the right direction!

Its missing something, not quite sure what.

We want simple/professional. But at the same time it needs a little more than just basic text.

hmmm...

Yes I understand...
Tomorrow morning I'll try to think of that small detail that will make the difference.
Thanks :)

Some new concepts #130, #131, #132.
In #132 I used an outdoor house lamp in order to symbolize haven, like a welcoming light that will guide you home.
Thanks,
Pink

Pink good work with #130 and #131 :)

I am going to show those to my wife, I think she will like them!

Very nice! Hope she'll like them as well :)
Thanks.

#131

Can you please space the letters out on Haven a little? This may also allow a little bigger font for Real Estate.

Also can you try a different color on the e? I really like the color you used on the a!

Sure! Please give me a sec

The new spacing looks good! Can you do that with #131

Also, can you tone down a purple a bit please.

I like the idea of orange and blue, however I think the color tones are both too bright. Thinking more natural tones (like the green you chose)

Sure I'll modify colors.
I use Pantone colors because they're more accurate, I don't know if your familiar with Pantone color codes.
If so, then the green color I picked is 389C.
Shortly I'll upload new variations.
Thanks!

New versions:
#152 Teal & orange (Pantone codes: 3242 & 1365)
#153 Green & purple (Pantone codes: 389 & 665)

I think both combinations look very nice because they balance warm & cool color tones.
Which one you like the best?

Thanks,
Pink

I really like the green color. So i guess what ever color works best with that :)

I'll take a look at the Pantone codes a little later.

Thanks,

On #153 can you try to make it look like a paint brush was used?

Maybe doesn't have to be perfectly inside the lines either.

Just curious how that will look :)

Logo Designer
Hello :)
Do you mean the font to look like paint brushed or the colors inside them?

Logo Designer
Maybe something like #195, #196...?

I was referring to the colors inside them :)

The new ones are very creative and look good. However we are tying to keep it more on the professional side.

Thanks!

Logo Designer
Okay it was worth a try!
I agree with you about keep the design clean and professional.
Anyhow I'll try to make inside colors brush like, just to compare.
Thanks :)

Please check #200.
Not sure if you had something like that in mind but in my opinion that's the best option.

Hello,

As I notice it's not a matter of ideas anymore but choosing the right font and I think you asked for something more than that.
As a designer I created some concepts that in my opinion had something interesting, sorry if you don't like them anymore.

Good luck with your contest,
Pink

Sorry about the communication, this process has been harder than we thought :)

#130 can we please try the dotted line under #130.

Thanks!

Also,

We please try spacing the lettering out on Haven a little.

Thanks Pink

Logo Designer
Hello,

I made these variants with the dotted line #373 & #374
and two new ones based on your concept, #375 & #376.
In the last two versions I used letter 'H' in the same font as in 'Haven'.
The shades of colors are the same as in your sample but four in total instead of six.

Thanks!

#375 looks good!

Can we go a hair bigger with Real Estate please? (but keep the new circle H logo the same size).

At the same time, can we go a hair bigger with the letters a v e n please. (try keeping H the same size as well)

Thanks!

What do you think of #377?
If you want any adjustments please let me know.
Thanks!

Perfect.

Hey I was thinking we could try to bring in one of the colors and do a circle between real estate.

What do you think?

Logo Designer
Great :)
About the dot... I am afraid I can't do that because another designer did it first and he might accuse me for copying his idea and take me to Logo Court.
Sorry, I hope you understand (LogoTournament has strict rules for designers).
Thank you,
Pink

I told him to do that, it was my idea :)

Ok, we can at least wait unit the final touch up stage.

I am very pleased with this design so far!

Logo Designer
Hmmm, I see...
So I'll be at your disposal if you want anything before the end of the contest.
If you really believe that the dot between text will make a difference I can contact designer.
Thanks for all your help so far :)

Ok, one thing we can try is to do a couple different H shapes inside the circle logo.

Maybe we can try making the lines on the H a little thicker? I am curious what that will look like.

But overall I really like what you have done!

Logo Designer
Sure, no problem I'll make some variants.
Are you interested for italic or script H letters as well?

Logo Designer
Some new versions:
#378 with slightly thicker H
#379, #380, #381 new designs.

I'll wait for your thoughts.

Thanks,
Pink

Thanks!

Ok - #378 can we try a couple different colors?

Can we try the whole thing in this color?

https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-wdf-2oIE_RQ/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAKw/UtRo41Wx6Rg/photo.jpg

Also, can we try something with the green color you used in the (a) in logo #153. I really like that color.

Just curious how that would look.

Looking forward to wrapping this thing up!

Thanks!

Here you go: #389, #390, #391, #392
different color combos in single tone and duotone.
Thanks!

Thanks for trying, I definitely think the multicolored H logo looks best.

With Real Estate can you please use the font in #348 (ranked 3)? It is a little wider and stands out a little more.

---------- also

With Haven, can you please try the font (and font color) in #168 (ranked 11)? Without the leaf of course :)

Thanks!

Thanks Pink.

After you try the above changes. Can you also try this variation. #348

(HAVEN) capitalized in Constantia font. (Real Estate) below it (not capitalized in same font).

We are just curious how it will look, may be a little more professional.

Thanks!

#396 In Constantia font and different shade of gray
