Sorry for being difficult, we just want to get the font down! Were close!

I like the new lower case font, (it is a little more professional) and color.

As I said in my last message can we please try all caps HAVEN and putting Real Estate in lowercase?

"(HAVEN) all caps in Constantia font (maybe bold)). And (Real Estate) below it (not capitalized in same font)."

I hope I am not being too difficult for you. You will will win this tournament, I just want to make sure we get it as right as we can.

With regards to the H (in the circle). Can we try making it just a little bit more unique? Nothing too crazy, maybe we can play around with the thickness? I will look for some examples.

It will be helpful if you can send me some samples, just keep in mind that if we make H more thick then the colored spaces will get very small.

Ok, we can leave the H as is. You are right about the thickness.

Lastly, can you try doing gradient colors with #396. With brown on the bottom, then grey, green and blue on the top.

Okay... take a look at #404, #405, #406
but I wouldn't recommend to use gradients.

Lets get this wrapped up!

#396 can you do Real Estate in the same color as #401 (so it is a little darker).

Then clean up the logo the best you can (particularly inside the circle)

Please check:
#407 - Same as #396 in darker gray
#408 - 'H' inside circle in straight lines, I guess that's what you were meaning with "clean up the logo the best you can (particularly inside the circle).

Regarding waveman's draft with dot.
He contacted me yesterday and proposed to split the prize in case I wanted to use his dot idea.
I replied that I wanted to think about it and also said that according to client dot was his idea.
He replied the following:

"CH suggested to maybe something simple in the space between Real Estate, so the CH suggestion was to fill the gap between words. CH never suggested any particular shape or colour, hence the green dot was my idea.

But as I said, I only mentioned splitting the price if the winning logo will be a combination of our ideas. You can use the dot, but if you decide not to split the price, it is still fine by me. It's up to you if you thing this is reasonable."

Splitting the prize isn't an option for me, so if you want to use dot you must pick waveman's draft.

BTW he only told part of the truth. I told him to try something "with color" between the space.

On the color change I was just referring to just real estate. So it stood out a little more.

No I didn't, I just outlined the font and it looks slightly bolder on preview.

BTW I just noticed the edging around the top left corner of the blue could be touched up a hair. Also the top of the brown. :)
