Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Leave private feedback by clicking on a design -- designers will receive an email of your comment and can respond directly.
~~ When you provide feedback to designers, you increase the chances of getting the logo you want. More feedback = better results!

Also please read these helpful tips:

------ Visual representation guidelines - The new age of visual identity -----

Web 2.0 graphic design style was introduced in 1998 - early 2000's. It was a glossy look, with lots of gradients, bright shiny 3D feel, abundant in reflection effects.
After 10 years of evolution brand identities have changed, entering in a new era and eliminating the web 2.0 older style.

From a couple years ago all the biggest companies have changed their logo to keep up with the times.
In 2013 effective logos are simple and recognizable, using solid colors, without multiple gradients, shadowing and shiny reflections!
Because those companies that do not adapt to modern visual changes often lose the competitive edge necessary to attract customers.

Hey everyone!

Thanks so far for your submissions. Wanted to just point out a few things for your future design.

We really like the logo that use Growth Hacker in the same line and then Consulting in a separate line. Added bonus for coming up with a way to emphasize Growth over the Hacker word as well.

Our primary focus is business growth consulting, we do not provide technical security solutions or anything related to the traditional use of the work hacker in a business sense.

Logo's with the logo on top and the text on the bottom seam to present better then logo in line with the text however we do like to see varied samples cause some inline examples are pretty awesome.

For the colour choice we want to avoid using a green that would be commonly associated with hacking on black background and green font. While at the same time we want to avoid an off tone green that looks more sickly/dying house plant . Were looking for a green that is vibrant and healthy
