I like the clean and simple look your using in both designs
In #26 you used 4 bars for the logo and it looks very similar to cell phone bars of reception. Other thing is as well is when the wording is in compact cap size it reads GROW THHACKER at first. I like how in #40 you used GrowthHacker instead.
